Shipping is free on all orders over €150!
We offer worldwide shipping on most items. Standard shipping within EU is most often provided by a courier company. Standard worldwide shipping is serviced by post. If you need an express fast shipping, contact us.
The exceptions to worldwide shipping are CITES items, that are primarily shipped within EU. They can be shipped worldwide with an export and import permit. If you want to proceed with bilateral CITES transport requests, contact us. You can see all non-CITES items that can be readily shipped world-wide on this page.
The other exception are built skeletons, that are fragile and their transportation must be solved separately for each item to ensure a safe journey. If you want to purchase a built skeleton, contact us.
Return & Exchange Policy
You have the right to return any goods purchased online within 14 days of receiving them. Do so by 1. Informing us, and 2. Shipping the returned goods to Bieblova 38/2, 500 03 Hradec Králové at your own expense. Your money will be returned within 14 days, unless the goods have been damaged and otherwise devalued compared to the selling state. Most of our collectable items are used, second-hand, from private collections or exhibits. As such, they can display regular wear and tear. Other defects might be present and are always documented in item description or on the associated photographs. These cannot be a subject of a guarantee return. Defects can be present also in other than used goods, as they are natural specimens and resemble the state of the animal. These defects are also always documented in item description or on the associated photographs. Other defects can be claimed within standard 2-year guarantee.
For claiming a guarantee, do so by informing us and counseling on how to proceed.
